Global Engagement Summit Delegate Agreement Contract *

This contract represents an agreement between the Global Engagement Summit (GES) and the delegate about the attendance of said delegate at the 2023 Global Engagement Summit that will occur from April 19, 2023 through April 23, 2023. The terms are considered binding unless an amendment is added and agreed upon by both parties. In accepting enrollment in the 2023 Global Engagement Summit, the delegate agrees to attend the entirety of the Summit in-person on the Northwestern Evanston Campus. Violation of the terms presented above will indicate a violation of this contract. Should the delegate accept their spot at the Summit and not attend, the delegate will not be allowed to associate with or attend any Global Engagement Summit events in the future. If said delegate is granted financial aid, the Global Engagement Summit will reimburse the delegate the exact dollar amount agreed upon in the body of the delegate’s acceptance email in cash (USD) upon the delegate’s arrival at the Summit on April 19th. Reimbursements will not be made in any other currency or form or on any other date. If the delegate does not attend the Summit, the agreed upon reimbursement is void. By agreeing below, the delegate indicates that they accept responsibility for all consequences listed above. Should the delegate have any extenuating circumstance in attending the Summit, please contact the GES Delegate Outreach team.
